About Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultants

Small and medium enterprise management consultant are professionals who provide diagnosis and advice to small and medium-sized enterprises to address their management issues.
As a legal national qualification, they are registered by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in accordance with Article 11 of the “Small and Medium Enterprise Support Act.
Their duties are defined as “diagnosis and advice on management” under the SME Support Act, and they are responsible for a wide range of activities, including formulating corporate growth strategies and advising on their implementation, acting as a mediator between SMEs and government and financial institutions, and supporting the appropriate use of SME policies through the application of their specialized knowledge.
